Introduction of Members Members of Beijing Ruralscape Design Hotel are divided into four types: the first one is Silver Card Member, which could be got by guests while they check in for the first time or register at the official website and weixin Public Platform, and could participate in points for gifts; the second one is Gold Card Prepaid Card, which needs RMB10,000 to be prepaid; the third one is Platinum Prepaid Card, which needs RMB 20,000 to be prepaid; the fourth one is Diamond Prepaid Card, which needs RMB50,000 to be prepaid. The activity of points for gifts is established for providing more personal and distinguished service for members, and providing more choices and convenience for guests. Guests could become members for free in three ways: Reserve at the hotel’s website, reserve by telephone or check in directly at the reception for the first time, and points got by these three ways could be accumulated. Applying process Guest could apply for membership while check out for the first time, filling in Membership Guest Record Form and recording the spending for the first time. Membership could be identified by telling their names and mobile phone numbers while the guests come to the hotel again (no membership card will be issued), and could participate in points accumulating. I. Rights of Members 1. Check in and out rapidly 2. Experience new products of the hotel 3. Participate in irregular activities of points for gifts? 4. Enjoy double points at birthday II. Rules of getting points 1. Ways of getting points: points are got by paying in cash, RMB10=1 point. For example, one night in the guest room of RMB4,800 and the points are 480. (Dining, entertainment, shopping, meeting, team, permanent room and negotiated price by cash cannot get points). 2. Inquiry of points: members could inquire their points by logging onto the hotel’s official website, or inquire with the reception or customer service telephone, and the hotel will send SMS periodically. 3. Notes: A. Time limit of member points is one year (points will be cleared at the end of one year). B. After changing for gifts, points consumed will be deducted automatically. C. If there is any change, information of members shall be revised timely or inform the hotel to change, or members will bear the responsibilities caused. D. Points cannot be accumulated and transferred among members. E. Points will arrive at member’s account on the next day after the settlement. F. Promotional price points could be enjoyed during promotion. G. The hotel has the rights to cancel or change articles of rules for getting points and related procedures, and reserves final say and interpretation of all situations.
